FOR ALL MEMBERSHIP TYPES

 

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you (the member) and Decote Dance Ltd as from the membership valid from date set out on the agreement. The agreement consists of the matters set out and specifically referred to in this document as well as the terms set out in any direct debit agreement that you may enter into with us.

 

All direct debit Decote Dance memberships are continuous contracts with a minimum term of 6 months.

 

You will pay your membership fees in accordance with the payment option you have selected either:

 

• Monthly Direct Debt

• In full up front (10% Discount)

 

Contracts can only be terminated when the customer has provided one month’s written notice after the minimum period has passed. This will be after your 6th payment. The 28 day notice period begins on receipt of the cancellation request. The next direct debit within this 28 day term is payable.

 

Once a membership has been entered into it cannot be changed or cancelled prior to the date of expiry except in certain circumstances.

There is a 14 day cooling off period though Initial payment is non-refundable.

 

Where a direct debit is unpaid we will be entitled to recover this as a debt. This will include all outstanding monies due in respect of the minimum term of your membership.

 

An invoice will be issued for the remaining balance, details of how to pay can be found on the invoice.

If the direct debit is cancelled after the 6 month term without written instruction, an

invoice will be issued for the one month notice period required.

 

A request for early cancellation can be considered e.g

 

Moving away from the area, medical, illness or injury - which make it no longer practical for your child to attend. If your financial circumstances have adversely changed since you took out your membership.

 

• Cancellation/freeze requests should be sent either via email to info@decotedance.com or by letter

•  If for any reason there is a delay in setting up your direct debit, invoices will be issued until collections from your bank can be made. Payment details can be found on the reverse of the invoice.

•  We must be notified of any change in circumstances, ie: address or name.

 

All Classes are subject to availability. 

 

Your membership excludes private lessons

 

All valuables are left at the owners risk and Decote Dance Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred. In the event of loss or damage to personal property, please inform a member of staff.

 

Decote Dance Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or reschedule classes that are insufficiently subscribed or poorly attended.

 

Due to sickness absence it is sometimes necessary to cancel a class at short notice. We will only do this if we are unable to arrange suitable cover. A replacement class will be provided.

 

Decote Dance Ltd reserves the right to make amendments at any time to offers associated with the membership scheme and to its terms and conditions.

 

Decote Dance Ltd reserves the right to withdraw membership to any person who does not conform to any of these terms and conditions

Membership cannot be loaned to any other person.

 

Customers

 

A registration form must be completed prior to starting your Decote Dance Ltd membership

Parents are required to advise Decote Dance Ltd if any information changes, including any medical information.

 

Decote Dance memberships will vary in nature depending on the type chosen.
